Sam is a Senior Consultant specialising in contact centre transformation. Part of the Ember team since 2015, she combines expertise in helping clients define their customer experience strategy with the practical know-how and dedication to support outsourcing negotiations and technology selection.
Before joining Ember, Sam worked as a business analyst for a major utility and as Continuous Improvement Manager at Vodafone, where she completed Six Sigma black belt training. She moved in customer experience consultancy, focusing first on speech and text analytics before moving into broader strategic projects.
