He has a track record of delivering value across tactical, strategic and transformational technology interventions and has lead complex technology procurements for several leading UK brands. His skills include solution architecture, procurement, customer experience and user centred design skills encompassing various channels, routing, security, hand-offs, knowledge management and servicing.
