Janne Ohtonen

Janne joined Ember in 2018 after close to two decades of working as a Customer Experience Director in travel and telecommunication industries as well as a Specialist Consultant in management consulting firms, predominantly with a focus on the retail, pharmaceutical and financial services industries. His experience includes working with high-profile brand names such as Apple, Aviva, British Airways, British Telecom, Virgin Media, and Pfizer. Janne brings an unrivalled wealth of experience in Customer Experience Management and Service Design to his role at Ember and its clients. Janne holds a PhD, Master's and Bachelor’s degrees from the Turku School of Economics in Finland. He has published five books on customer-centric business innovation and Customer Experience Management
