A Specialist Consultant with particular expertise in customer engagement strategy, Nigel has worked as an integral part of the Ember team on a succession of high-profile projects primarily across retail, financial services and utilities since joining us in 2014. He often leads on customer journey mapping and developing optimised operating models, turning the ‘theory’ of the strategy into action.

Nigel’s background includes 13 years in the telecommunications industry, predominantly in international roles with Vodafone. One of his most successful projects was the launch of Vodafone New Zealand’s self-service platform.
